Who is responsible
newchance., a clothing brand made in Mexico, is responsible for your personal data and for protecting it, under Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.
What we ask for
Your name, your phone number (with country), your email and, if you choose, which tee you want. Only what you type into the list form.
What we use it for
To save your place on the list, to tell you by message and by email when drop 01 and later drops open, and to put your name on your founder card. We use it for nothing else and we don't sell it.
Who we share it with
Only the service that sends our emails (Resend), which processes it just to deliver those messages. We share it with no one else.
Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your data, object to how it's used, and leave the list whenever you like. Message us on Instagram or reply to any of our emails and we'll handle it.
How long we keep it
As long as you stay on the list. If you ask to leave, we delete your data.
Changes to this notice
If anything changes, we publish it on this page with the update date.
